I’m a general practitioner, PhD scholar and medical educator.

My passion is to help people identify the root cause of their illness and provide them with the tools and skills to return to good health.

I have been practicing medicine for over 20 years and have a fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and Scholarship with the Australian College of Environmental and Nutritional Medicine. I have a special interest in women’s health, encompassing menopause, weight management, mood changes, chronic pain and gut health.

My goal is to empower you to take control of your health and achieve great outcomes. I have a lifelong passion for learning and have certification in Sexual and Reproductive Health with Family Planning Victoria, Ante-natal shared care provider with the Mercy Hospital for Women and a member of the Australian Menopause Society and Society of Cannabis Clinicians.

On a personal note, I love spending time in nature, am a mother of three and avid cook.
